Gift Certificate Policy
Gift Certificates are not refundable and must be presented at Bella Lago at the time service is rendered. Lost, misplaced or stolen Certificates are not refundable, replaceable nor valid.
An 18% gratuity will be added to all Pamper Packages.
Client Age Policy
Bella Lago is dedicated to providing excellent customer service in a “Beyond the Spa” environment. In order to achieve this, guests must be a minimum of 16 years of age in the spa area.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the popularity and demand for Bella Lago salon services, we would appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you need to cancel, please do so 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
For packages and group services, a credit card number will be taken to secure the appointment. If package or group appointments are not cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, the appointments will be charged in full. |
